What terms do trade accounts receive?
Terms are agreed with each account once it is approved, based on the kind and volume of business. Your trade advisor sets them out in writing before your first order.
Can you deliver directly to my client without Class branding?
Yes. Unbranded packaging, your own card and discreet labels are available on every trade order.
How do you authenticate?
Each pre-owned piece is examined by a specialist, with a watchmaker, gemological lab or brand service centre where it matters. The certificate number can be verified online by anyone.
Are you an authorized dealer of the brands you carry?
Class is an independent house. We say we are authorized only where we hold a signed agreement with the brand, and say so on that brand’s page.
